Main form
Working with many objects (boats in marinas,tends in camp,phases in process diagram, machines in factory, and other) with many properties, which are parts of an specific system, can be difficult to process without organized approach. And some times even impossible, when numbers of objects increase.
MyObjectNote application resolution for this problem is graphic illustration of the system. In practice i use background picture as visual interpretation of system. And i create shapes as representation of system objects. Each shape gets specific color in base of status it has. If its has status as problematic, i assign red color to it , or if operates as regular, then its gets green color. In case it operates with limitations i do assign to it orange color. And so on, each state my object have i do illustrate it with specific color. So, i might just take a short look at my form at any time, and well notice from the colors of objects what i should be careful of, and proceed as is necessary to maintain my system in best way possible.
Main system form gives information about statuses of objects.
Object form
Functionally assigning statuses to objects or graphically changing of color of shape is performed in object form. I get object form by double click on Object. In Object form i have to create statuses buttons with statuses colors.
Button with red caption 'Problem' will make my object change it color to red when i double press on it. And in text window i will get date and time line, to have history of each statuses change. Under status date and time notification i may write short notification as remainder. From Object form we may also as option access to object archive folder.
Alarm form
Objects many times have needs to be served in certain time limits.
To take care of needs of this nature i have made alarm tool. Alarm settings form has all settings to program alarms as needed. Also option of audio alarm is available.
