Quantum is a most resilient file sharing program capable of downloading torrents at high speeds and with remarkable competence. Oriented towards a user with plenty of needs, the app provides multiple downloads (you can download multiple torrents at the same time), priority control feature (ability to drag-and-drop your downloads to modify prioritization), multi-file torrents (ability to choose only the files you wish, and prioritize them).
With a special focus on efficiency, Quantum allows you to download any type of large-size files such as movies, music albums, software, games etc extremely fast and efficiently with lots of great features put to work in the download process including intelligent bandwidth, queue and speed management. Due to a high level of functionality that also allows you to easily customize your client you can adjust settings to best fit your needs (recommended to advanced users).
With this p2p application you also have the ability to track and specify maximum upload and download speeds and open files from within a torrent partly downloaded.
Besides functionality, Quantum stands for good looks - it offers a very enjoyable, easy-to-use interface that gets you immediate access to the basic tasks and options of the program.
Quantum includes a large number of instructive displays to let you know everything about a particular torrent. To make these sub-displays available you can double click on the torrent name itself in "Library" or "My Torrents" on the main display; this way a new view will be added named the same as the torrent you double clicked.
Furthermore, the program makes possible for you to create new tabs for different functions therefore helping you to manage a cleanly organized tab list that allows you to select the data window you need easily rather than needing to move through numerous unsorted windows.
